When we began using professional video marketing for our customer’s properties – around 2 years ago - we saw such an uplift in enquiries and information requests, that we knew we were on the right track. Since then, we’ve created over 150 property videos and have been asked to pilot a SKY TV property show (coming soon!).

Presenting your home in the best light possible can be done best through the eyes of the video lens, giving prospective buyers or tenants a new way to experience your home like never before. Taking on a videographer within our in-house team was a big step forward but proved to be an incredible asset for selling or letting homes.

Combining that with social media in recent years means we’ve now perfected the way our video marketing is targeted, and of course, we always follow through with the fantastic personal service which forms our tried and tested sales journey to achieve the best price for our customers.

What are the stats?

Our YouTube channel now has over 2100 subscribers, and more people are searching our properties every day, with video views often reaching into the hundreds – just on the YouTube platform.

On Facebook, our most viewed property video reached a staggering 3,500 views – that’s 3.5k people who have now seen our customer’s home on social media, and the targeted marketing means all of those people have an interest in buying locally.
