With so many family friendly and exciting excursions in London there’s something for everyone on or before Easter Sunday on April 21, 2019 and after. Actually, you don't need to spend money to have a good time this Easter.

  1. Get on to some Passion of Jesus Drama at Convent Garden, Trafalgar Square
Known for vibrant displays, Wintershall Players will be back on Good Friday, April 19 with the Passion of Jesus reenactment. Lots of volunteers from the city of London and elsewhere usually feature, including lots of vivacious real animals such as doves, donkeys and horses. Arrive early to get some wonderful view or prepare to watch the Easter drama unfold on the big screen.

From St James in Green Park an Easter egg hunt of a kind (April 20) that doesn’t include kids will unfold with the iconic landmarks, parks and streets of London the perfect setting. Along the way expect lots of chocolate, diverse challenges and different prizes following various clues to find the rendezvous area where the Easter Bunny will be up for grabs.

Between 12pm and 2.30pm on Sunday 21 April, 2019 at the Museum of London the history of wapping will be showcased and how it used to be the heart of newspaper printing in London. Kids will love crafting newspaper headlines at the craft workshop provided free.
