With the June 1st deadline for the tenant fee ban approaching fast, some landlords are panicking as they realise the fees once paid by their tenants are to be taken from their own pockets.

For services such as gas safety, electric checks, kitchen fittings, etc. we only recommend the best people we know and don’t take any fee, meaning you pay the best price for the best service, every time.
