The results are in on our data savvy selling!

In January, we sold 99% of the homes that went on sale with us by using data collection to know the BEST way to sell a property.

We’ve tallied the latest results from January and found that we managed to sell 99% of the homes that went on sale with us! This is a wonderful result that comes from hard work and our methods in data collection, which ensures we know the best way to sell our properties.

The data collection comes from market information on different types of homes all around the area on:

  • How much those homes are selling for
  • How much the unsold homes are on the market for
  • The trends in popularity for the local schools
  • The trends in popularity for the nearby amenities
  • The rise and fall of council tax bands
  • The amount of crime in the area
  • The population breakdown by age

We then take that information and not only display it on our website for all our clients to see but use it in our marketing strategies to get the best price for your home at the right time. We believe this contributes massively to the impressive percentage of homes we sell that go on the market with us and is the reason why we’ve had such a brilliant month of selling in January.
