Neil King, founder of an award winning agency shares his secrets on new property TV show

Neil King of Neil King Residential is sharing his property tips for success for viewers to watch from the comfort of their own home.

Neil King has been taking the estate agency industry by storm, as founder and director of his award winning and area-leading agency, which has grown to become one of the top agencies in the UK in the last 14 years. Now it seems he’s also taken the TV world by storm as he was invited to share his secrets to success on new business show “Raising your game.”

The show, appearing on The Property Network on Sky TV, sees Neil chatting all things estate agency with Mark Burgess, best selling author in Amazon’s business category with his book “Where did my industry go?” and CEO of PropTech company Iceberg Digital.

Raising your game is a show for entrepreneurs and business people. In the show, Mark speaks to other successful entrepreneurs with hints, tips and hacks from them that will help other entrepreneurs on their journey.

Neil has worked his way up the corporate estate agency ladder through massive companies such as Halifax Bank, and achieved success as regional director, before fulfilling his dream of starting his own business. He came down to earth with a thud when he realised the problems that come along with business ownership, but built the business up to success, and now wants to share that success with others.

In this episode, Neil King talks about his 14-year business journey and how to build an award winning business. He and Mark cover the tough challenges facing estate agents today, and how to overcome, to stop simply surviving in the difficult modern era of their industry and to ‘raise their game’ by utilising the tools and tips available to them and look to thrive in the future.

The gold nuggets that Neil King shares from his own 14 year experience include how to create your customer journeys to ensure you always leave you customers happy and spreading the word of your agency to their friends, and the difference between simply running a business, and running an award-winning business. He shares his systems and winning formulas, while still believing in that personal touch.
