Helping the community stay at home with our new distancing tool

We’ve been looking for ways to support our community, and brainstorming new technology to help those stuck at home. We’ve recently received a few requests for home valuations, which unfortunately we can’t do at this time without risking those around us. So we’ve brought in something we believe will help those people...

Until we get through this difficult time, we want to help wherever possible.

Our team has been helping those locally who are vulnerable or elderly, we came together virtually to clap and cheer our NHS staff, and we’re still available to give any help that could make your day a little easier (please ask!).

But we’ve also been looking for other ways to support our community, and brainstorming new technology to help those stuck at home. We’ve recently received a few requests for home valuations, which unfortunately we can’t do at this time without risking those around us. So we’ve brought in something we believe will help those people – a new socially distancing valuation!

The new tool works by collecting your information, and allowing you to upload pictures of your property. We are then able to give you an accurate and in depth valuation from afar.

If you’re looking to sell later in the year, review your mortgage deal, release some equity, or you’re just curious of your asset’s value, you can now do this SAFELY and quickly, protecting yourself and your family. CLICK HERE to try.

We’re urging our communities to stay safe, and stay home – and ask us for help if you need it.

We’re all in this together.

From all the team at Neil King.
