Coronavirus: an update from Neil King

Coronavirus: an update from Neil King

As new measurements are taken, social distancing is recommended and schools are shut, we wanted to give our customers and our community an update on what we’re doing to protect those around us.

Firstly, we want to assure everyone that we’re still open, we’re still working and striving to do the best by our customers and we’re available for any questions or concerns you have. At no point will we leave any of our sellers, buyers, landlords, or tenants in the lurch. We will keep giving the amazing service we’ve built a local reputation for.

Secondly, as the number one video home marketing agency in London, we believe that there has never been a more important time to properly showcase your property – as people look to view homes without leaving their own. These videos of our properties available will protect the vulnerable, those self-isolating, and also our sellers and landlords. To examples of the video marketing we do, CLICK HERE.

We are also a very community minded business, and know that some local businesses may be struggling, as well as vulnerable people in the community. If you’re a local business and you need promotion, we’re more than happy to do this for you across our platforms.

If you’re a vulnerable person in need of a helping hand or you’re self isolating, please don’t hesitate to drop us a message, we can help with doctor’s appointments, groceries, shopping and anything else - we would love to help where we can! We are here for our community!

For everyone else, feel free to call or email anytime – to protect our staff we may be implementing work at home so the office may not always be open, but we are ALWAYS contactable.

Finally, we will get through this. Our sense of community is strong, and we’re good at sticking together. We wish everyone good health and family bonding!

From all of the team at Neil King.
