If Dad likes to be active and enjoys nature, consider a trip to Claybury Park, maintained by the Woodland Trust. Less than a 15-minute drive from South Woodford, take in the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Claybury Park offers an outdoor gym for fitness fanatics, as well as ponds and lakes with resident ducks – so don’t forget to bring something to feed them with. Take a picnic and pack a football for a kick-about for a low-cost, outdoors experience.
